	Zeros Ltd Chartered Accountants fixed price scheme
1	Sole trader end of year accounts and one self-assessment tax return.	£ 50.00 per month
2	Partnership end of year accounts and two-self assessment tax returns.	£ 75.00 per month
3	Limited Company Statutory Accounts, Form CT600 and two self-assessment tax returns for the directors.	£ 100.00 per month
4	Preparation of Budget including integrated Profit and Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecast.	£ 50.00 per month
5	We can undertake the book-keeping on the Xero product for you. You will need to allow us access to your online banking as part of the process is downloading the bank statements directly to the Xero accounting software. Our fees are in turnover size:- Turnover up to £100,000 Turnover between £100,000 and £ 250,000 Turnover between £250,000 and £ 500,000 Turnover between £500,000 and £1,000,000 This assumes that your company is a standard trading business. A fixed fee quote for turnovers in excess of £1,000,000 can be provided.	£100.00 per month £150.00 per month £200.00 per month £250.00 per month
6	Payroll will be charged at £7 per month per employee including advising monthly PAYE and NIC contributions, forms P35. End of year and preparation of forms P60; we can also arrange payflow/autopay to send the net salaries to your staff members bank accounts on your behalf.
7	Preparation of forms P11D, return of benefits and expenses for directors and employees.	£ 50.00 per P11D Form
8	Assistance and checking quarterly VAT return.	£ 100.00 per return
9	Preparation of Annual Return and Company Secretarial work necessary at Companies House.	£ 100.00 per annum
10	Business consultancy and tax planning advice will always be pre-quoted and agreed with before commencement. These will be invoiced when the assignment is completed.
11	Fee for the Xero software accountancy licence, payable to Zeros Ltd on a monthly standing order.	£ 19.00 per month
12	Conversion from your existing accountancy software eg Sage, Quickbooks, Iris to Xero.	FREE (all we ask is for travel expenses for our trainer to visit your premises)
13	Training courses on a one to one basis at venues around the UK. (www.zerostraining.com for dates and venues).	£95.00 per half day course
